Give OCE Normals Draft!!!

Or at the very least stop chat blocking me at the start of champ select just because i connected before someone else! It's bad enough you force me to go through the savagery of blind pick champ select for no reason at all the least you could do is at least let me traverse this hell hole in a fair manner. Chat blocking people for 5 seconds in blind pick immediately loses them their role and any other role immediately forcing me to last pick despite me being the first to call if you hadn't blocked me. Like wtf its so backwards.
