Account Security OP: Please verify your email, and update if using an old unused one
Your email is arguably your most important level of account protection. I occasionally see someone getting their account compromised having a difficult time getting it back because they left their account attached to an email they stopped using years ago, or they never verified it and the "hacker" changed it.
#HOW DO I VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
Go to leagueoflegends.com.
After logging in, click on your Summoner name in the top right hand corner.

Click on Settings in the drop down menu.

Under Account Protection, make sure that your email address is correct. This is where your verification email will be sent. Click on the blue "Verify" button once you are ready to proceed.

An email will be sent to the email address you have specified. This email will provide you with a link to complete the verification process.

Congratulations! You have verified your email. You will now receive any account notifications and confirmations through this verified email. :)
#WHAT IF SOMEONE VERIFIES THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS ON MY ACCOUNT?
