Overview of the new Fiora
After playing a couple of games with the new FIora on the PBE, I think I have a basic understanding of her kit.
(I'm going to assume you know all of her abilities)
Her Q, lunge, prioritizes enemy champions, but the Vital spot part is pretty 50/50. Sometimes it won't proc, sometimes it will. Every time your Q hits an enemy champion, the CD goes down by 60%, allowing her to be stupidly sticky. Her Q can go through walls
Her W, Reposte, is a very cool ability. It doesn't actually require you to block an enemy spell to do the slow. Also from what I noticed is that it can block all abilities that travel.
Her E, Bladework, is broken. Her second auto attack can Crit on towers. On inhibitors, it doesn't crit; however, the attack speed stays (It's a shit ton of attack speed BTW). It also works as an auto attack reset. This ability makes Fiora a split pushing monster.
Her R, Grand Challenge, is "meh." Don't get me wrong it's a great ability, but getting the 4 attacks off on all sides of the target is really difficult. Especially if your target is running away. A better way to cause the heal to pop is to cast Grand Challenge on the ADC or Mage, and blow them up.
Her Passive, Duelist's dance, does percent health true damage. It is a very strong passive, but it's also pretty troll. I've died dozens of times walking around my enemy to proc it.
Fiora is probably gonna be played as a split pusher. With a Tiamat, she is basically unstoppable. With a Trinity, she can 3 shot inhib towers. Or she can be played as an off tank if your team needs you in team fights.
She also has a 345 base movement speed.
