If I do a Leaverbuster Low Priority Queue but don't play the game does it count as one less?

Hi, I'm a student who attends school and I can only play a certain amount of games everyday and leave to do homework. My internet is bad and it shuts down a couple times during a game and its out of my control and I got caught in leaver buster. I was wondering if I do the the low priority wait time and don't play the game can it still count as losing 1 low priorty queue?

The low-priority queue is set to your account for a number of games (usually 5, I think?). That means you'll have to wait out the penalty and proceed to play for 5 games before you're out of low priority queue.

It sounds like you should probably figure out a way to have access to a stable internet connected before you keep playing, though. While the internet cutting out mid-game isn't directly your fault, choosing to continue playing games when you know you have a high chance of disconnecting a few times is your fault. Your being on a bad network doesn't make it any less frustrating for your teammates when you consistently drop from the game.
