Thresh as Kitty? (in chat)

So, We had a Thresh in our game... named : Uthguigh and he typed a message and for whatever reason it showed up as Kitty instead of Thresh. Is this a bug? Easter egg? has anybody ever experienced this before? please give feedback! (If no one believes this screen shot ill take another one showing that he was playing thresh. im just really confused on this)
