poke button in champion selection

i think that we need a poke button in champion selection. often happens that somebody want first picks to take their champions and swap or to ask for something but we all are on champion.gg to look for counterpick or even youtube or facebook. we need just a poke button to make ring a bell also because the chat doesnt make any sound. obviously people should have a max number of pokes to avoid helping the trolls
