The New Reporting System

And I've been wondering... where is the option to report someone for being unskilled? 'Cause as far as I know, that was the only way your guys could identify a Platinum player that plays like a newbie and therefore shouldn't be ruining the game experience for other players that are more skilled.

Since the time unskilled is not even taken into acount as punishment no reason(we just report someone but nothing gonna happen in final state). I think new sustem might be more effective. I always wanted to report someone for rageqiut and flame but i couldnt. Im worried cause i still dont see the category of "lobby offensive speech" cause lots of ppl play outside the in game chat. (dunno maybe still riot can see these logs )
