Response to Lyte asking for clarification on the magnitude of penalties for different offences

Please don't downvote my thread i just want honest polite discussion and Lytes clarifications if possible.

I also read some quotes about giving 14 day bans or permabans to excessive verbal abuse and racist/homophobic/sexist stuff. I'm writing this mainly to ask for clarification about who receives this punishments and what's the actual behavior that deserves it, and to express my ideas about it. The info I have seen so far is vague because people have different conceptions about what's excessive or what is racist/homophobic/sexist. I think the best way to illustrate this is by making hypothetical quotes of the different levels of offending comments so there's no ambiguity.

Leavers/afk/feeders are worse than ragers, since you can mute ragers and still have a chance to win and have fun, while the others make it almost impossible and make the game an unenjoyable waste of time, intentional feeders being worse than afk's and ragequiters, because I'm sure you know it's much easier to win a 4v5 than a game with a feeder that's helping the enemy team.

Also I want you to clarify your stance on this 14 day or permabans for sexist/homophobic/racist, because there's this trend lately of people trying to claim that using certain insults constitute those behaviors, but that's not true. Calling an anonymous person in the internet a %%%%%% or cun7, is not homophobic nor sexist that's conflating serious problems with petty internet trolling or raging (which of course is wrong but nowhere near as wrong as actual homophobia or sexism) homophobes are people who hate or find gays disgusting and would rather have them all go away and don't consider them equals , same with sexism they consider one gender to be inferior, that's hardly implied in using 1 word, specially when you are just trying to insult someone in an emotional outburst of rage, or when you are purposely choosing words to get a reaction from someone. Harsher punishments for using certain words, when the fault is the same: verbal abuse, is not correct. I would understand if the person receiving the harsher punishment (harsher than normal verbal abuse punishment) would be explicitly saying racist, homophobic, sexist stuff. Like: "yes you are n!gger probably playing in a stolen computer go back to Africa" or "obviously you are feeding I bet you are woman they are only good for s3x" I would understand this people deserve a harder punishment.

The thing is insults are insults they are wrong they are both verbal abuse, if you chat restrict someone for calling people scumbags or worse and then when someone uses the word %%%%%%/cun7 then that's a 14 day ban or perma , i don't think that's consistent if the amount of insults is the same I don't think that the penalty should be escalated so much, going from "you can reform" to "we don't want you as part of this community" because in most cases the fault i think is the same, the person lost control of his emotions and lashed out insulting people, i think the homophobic/sexist thing is being used to justify certain insults as something much worse because of association with homophobia and sexism which are terrible things, but they are not about insults on the internet, they are not about words which have plastic definitions and different connotations for different people , they are about people who hold this terrible ideas and corrupt our society with them, this has nothing to do with people losing their cool on online games and using whatever curse words come to their heads.

As a side note, that goes beyond the issue of bans in this game, I will say that typing that kind of crap does not really make them sexist or racist, they would have to actually believe it and practice it in their lives, those are the dangerous people that are racist, homophobes and sexist, those are the real problem, not idiots spewing thrash because of the no accountability nature of the internet.
