So I Started A Ranked Match Once I Got To The Loading Screen This Happens And I Keep Trying To Reconnect 
Looks like a loss. I would submit a support ticket for the error though.
Does the game load ever? Sometimes errors happen because of GPU crashing because driver has a bad update. Happened to me too.
Is Windows up to date? Check for updates. Sometimes Microsoft is stupid.
Finally, make sure that League has access to the GPU. Sometimes it crashes because a driver crashed (intel HD Graphics :/). Quick fix is to always run as admin. Happened to me in Rocket League a lot.
If none of these works, try reinstalling league.
