Stop dropping when champ is selected

The new ranked system is really annoying for kicking you out of champ select when you actually select a champ, only not lock him in. Gotten two drops just this weekend due to this...you're picking for a teammate and waiting for him to confirm. Just lock the selected champ in like the only system.
