Dynamic Queue QoLs

While I guess many would want it gone and/or Team Builder/Solo Q I want to suggest some ways to make it more enjoyable:

• Let us know for which position we are being called and allow us to refuse. This way ppl who wouldn't mind to wait more for the other role are not forced to either dodge or play something they don't want
• If a team mate bans our pick intent give us a free dodge. This might have "charges" the same way ARAM has rerolls.
