Sitting here Spectacting my own game

I can't connect to my game in client. Getting a Firewall error. Using my other laptop currently spectating my own game...swapped to it to see if I can play, still cant connect and can spectate on my original...the hell Riot e.e

Even when I normally get the firewall error I can at least join it once the game starts. This is sad watching my team hard lose when I am trying to get on q_q
