[Suggestion] Clarity ™ for Runes & Masteries

As the title says, this is a suggestion to improve CLARITY ™ for Runes and Masteries:

I believe that with a simple color-code system, selecting the right runes and masteries during Champion Select can help out a lot of players. Having the option to change the font-color for your runes and masteries in your summoner profile can help players quickly spot the set-up you want to run before or after locking in. For example, being able to change the font-color of your runes and masteries to red, blue, green and perhaps other colors like purple and default black. This way, you can label your Mage or AP runes/masteries to blue, AD runes/masteries to red, etc. and be able to find them faster during Champion Select. What do you guys think?

Sidenotes:

• This is only a setting, so players who do not want to color-code their rune pages and masteries can stick to default black.
• Not sure how this could be implemented for color-blind players.
