There are 42 female champions in the league... which comes out to *about *a third of the entire champion pool, if my math is correct. Now, of those 42 champions, there are 9 that I've noticed that were practically designed as support champions. (I didn't count Annie, Morgana, or Lux among those champions, as they are mages and were, to the best of my knowledge, designated as mid laners). And to be perfectly honest, it's the female champions that I've noticed are the most complained about champions. Leblanc Katarina Riven Nidalee Vayne are all champions that frequently show up in forums as being "broken champs" and generally agitating to play against. These are some of the strongest champs in the game. So honestly, I think that the idea of an OP Female Champ is kind of already a thing.
