Is there seriously not a bundle for the new snowdown skins and poro wards?!?

Riot has given us bundles before like this, why would they not continue? All we get are the poro icon bundle :c We used to be able to get the icons if we participated in things like gifting or w/e, now its all about the money. Obligitory Rito pls!!!1 (also idk what board to put this in)
