Can't gift new battlecast skins

I'm trying to gift battlecast Kog'Maw so I can get the summoner icon, but that skin doesnt show up in available skins to gift

Think it was a bug, cause I gifted B.C. Kog'maw, and it went just fine after I reloaded the store.
