What happens to account names Permabanned?
Is it possible we can take their names? I mean the accounts are permabanned already and no longer be to play can we somehow take the name for that account?

Some say that it's part of punishment. That a player is attached to his nick and this loss is some extra punishment as he won't make another acc with his nick
they keep the name out of circulation in case the perma is ever lifted.
