I can't win games. How do you finish?

So I win every lane. I main Sion, Malphite, and Poppy top lane and I win every time. Why? I know what my champs weaknesses are, and what his strengths are. I do not expose myself when I am weak and I take advantage of when I am strong. I also know most common top laners strengths and weaknesses, and I exploit misteps and cool downs. I always out CS my opponent, usually by more than a 100 cs by end game, win or lose. I never die to ganks because I am always warded and watching. When I do die to ganks, it's because I lapsed in my awareness, not because I was in the wrong place or had no vision. So constant awareness will help me, but in spite of this occasional mistake I win lane. I know when to time waves so I can back without losing tower. I know when to dive safely and when not to. I'm very willing to burn summoner spells before I get fucked up not after. My KDA according to na.op.gg is 7.3/5.9/10.7 My deaths have recently gone up because of my losing streak, they were about 4.7 i think. I'd say my laning faze KDA would be more like 3/0/5 or 5/1/2 depending on how well im doing, how often I get ganked, and how often I get ganks and whether or not i or the jungler get the kill.
For example my last 3 wins were 14/4/18, 11/4/9, 6/2/9 Last 3 losses 5/4/9, 8/7/12, 3/8/8 So even in losses I'm not feeding. In the last loss I contributed 7 deaths to the 52 total. So I was about 13% of my teams deaths, well bellow the even 20% for 5 man team.

Bottom line is this. I wreck my lane. Then I start roaming and TPing. Often times I help other lanes wreck their lanes, take dragon, take towers. By mid game we are firmly in control of the game. That's when we lose. My dumbass team mates start roaming alone and dying to the grouped enemy. I cannot stop this. I try to tell them to stick together. I use pings to warn them. They ignore it. I've literally said, more times than I can count "Don't go there. They will be there. You will die if you go there" and they go there and that's what happens. Why? Because I have a decent sense of where the enemy is most times and what they are looking to do and what they are capable of doing.

So after a while of my team chasing through the jungle and dying, I give up on them. I start pushing top lane. I get one, two, three turrits in top lane, forcing the enemy to send 2 3 or even 5 people to stop me. Because of Sion's awesome ult I escape, and because i use blue trinket to ward out and have warning. What is my team doing while I do this? Farming jungle, or pushing lanes 2 in mid 2 in bot. I tell them, "guys, while I do this, get dragon, group and push, ward up their jungle" they don't. Once I'm forced to ult out of top lane, they keep 2 man pushing lanes. the enemy team as one group then comes to that lane and kills them both. often times the other 2 man push will ALSO keep pushing and get killed next!!!! All the while I am frantically pinging retreat.

This is literally a typical game for me. It's only when the grouped enemy team knocks down an inhib and my team is FORCED to group and fight with me that we START WINNING TEAM FIGHTS!!! The enemy is massively ahead, taking an inhib, but I can still carry a team fight because by that point in the game I have a 100 more cs than any one on the enemy team and I've not been shut down, and I've massively out built the enemy teams damage and can survive them. But by that point it's too late. WE have far to much to push through to come back, and inevitably as soon as we get them out of base, my team goes back to roaming around alone.

Now what I am doing is blaming my team. I see myself outperforming my lane opponent in every game, winning lane consistently. I also see myself roaming well and at appropriate times and being successful with those roams. I also see my team mates doing what I describe above. But that just can't be it. There is no way I can consistently perform this well, win or lose, and not eventually climb. Yet the most recent development for me was that I was demoted to bronze 4. I MUST be doing something wrong. BUT WHAT IS IT!!!

The problem I see with those champions is they are not great split pushers. I man Garen, who is also not a fantastic split pusher, but he is quite a bit better than them.

What you need to do is provide as much pressure as physically possible on the opposite side of the map. Draw the enemy team to you so your team can flail around in relative safety. Your chosen champions have a fair amount of wave clear, and decent tower killing power, but if you get caught there is not a whole lot you can do besides fight. Problem is those are not really great champions for outnumbered fights, so if the enemy team sends enough people you either have to burn some highly valuable cooldowns or you're toast.

I highly recommend learning someone like Darius, who has similar qualities to the champions you play but can also snowball hard enough to win a 1v3 situation. Remember that the term carry doesn't mean "do well", it means "put that heavy team on your back and force them to win, even if they do everything in their power to lose".

In the end it's all a game of managing map pressure. If your team does anything on the map of note, and being with them won't make them succeed, make sure you are somewhere else. Maybe you can't take another tower, but if you can draw at least two people to you that gives your team a 4v3 fight in favor of them. You don't have to split push, but having it as an option gives you the flexibility you need to properly manage the map.

I see your predicament. I've been there before, teammates not listening or just ignoring you. Frustrating as all hell. Hell, I've had team fights where the advantage was totally on our side, then suddenly the last 2 on the enemy team score 2 kills on us, killing momentum and allowing the enemy champs to respawn.

Keep in mind that it's meant to be a team work based game. You may be the epitome of your lane, but that doesn't matter unless your teammates hold up their end of the deal. And I've been that teammate that doesn't hold up his end. A lot. But only because I'm out-maneuvered and beaten in terms of how well the champ match-up in lane goes, and mostly against my favor.

We all have our bad streaks. Last week, I had two days, a little more than ten games total, that resulted in less than 3 wins, with consecutive defeats. I was hating my day at that point, and I got kinda brash and reckless. That led to another defeat in lane, but a win for the game.

As for your lack of progress that you stated, maybe it's the wins and losses equalizing each other. By that, I mean that maybe whatever points you gain from a win are being cancelled out by the points you lose from a defeat, essentially making the sum of two matches almost zero.

Last thing I swear. I may not be very experienced in Ranked matches(just got out of provisional and into Silver V), but I also see a different form of ego and self-reputation that is either nonexistent or just at a much lower state in unranked lobbies. Put simply, Ranked players are far more willing to prove to others and themselves that they "deserve" their rank, and this may be them thinking "My teammate has no idea what he's talking about. He's a lower league than I am, so therefore, I'm smarter and better."

To wrap up, I honestly think that the problem is a simple one, yet hard to stave; people. Your best bet is to try and reason to them and persuade them to listen to you.

That's all I've got.

Godspeed

I appreciate the replies. I'm hoping to find some sort of mid-late game strategy for closing out games. It's the stall that is hurting me the most.
