Season 6 ranking questions.

I played in the new season 6 ranked. I won 7/10 of my provisional games, yet i still received bronze 5. I was bronze 3 last season due to my lack of experience when beginning ranked, so i quit playing ranked. Now this season I have improved greatly going 17/2, 12/1, and 13/1, as graves in ranked. I carried 7/7 matches I won but received bronze 5. I would like my ranked to be looked over to check for errors, because I've been preparing for ranked for quite sometime and i feel totally ripped off.
