access s to the store, rune, and mastery pages from the site

well i thought about it and why do we have to start up league to put money into the account we might have an idea to update or add mastery pages maybe fix a couple of runes.

I've been thinking because the store on league is begging for some new UI and we should have more access without opening league and just do those things from the site.

I speak for all the lazy people who don't feel like getting on league to do some of these things.
