Summoners,recently Riot sent me a warning where it says that MKLOL may lead me to a pernament ban.They specificly said that jungle timer and "chat"(i dont jnow what do they mean) are punishable.Can I just turn off the jungle timer and MKLOL chat or do I have to uninstall it?Some people use MKLOL because they dont have much money to buy skins,jungle timer is,however shown in Tab menu.Thanks.

No, simply not using those features is insufficient. Uninstall if you do not want to be perma banned for it.
You have to uninstall it. There are other means of making use of custom skins, and tons of other replay clients available. Just google them.
