Pratice Mode vs Real Life Opponents
Does anyone feel like the Custom and vs. AI modes just aren't REAL practice? (I mean, I usually get 20-40 kills in Custom/AI modes because the bots are just too predictable.) I've always said that the only REAL practice is vs. an opponent who can think for themselves. I suppose I COULD create a Custom "Practice" Match, but the chances of people understanding what it's for are slim. Not to mention, forming the game would hinder the time I have TO practice.
Practice Mode Parameters should be:
- Players can only choose Champions with a Mastery of Level 4 or lower (This will prevent troll players from using their Mastered Champions)
- IP gain is minimal. The purpose would legitimately be to PRACTICE and not to farm easy IP (as is typically seen in a Bot game)
Perhaps just an additional Mode in the Menu OR just a check box that says "Match me with People who want to Practice" in a Normal Blind Pick or Team Builder?
Not sure if this will be a popular opinion. I'm only asking what others think because I've been gone from the game for so long, and I would really like to get back into it. The problem is naturally that Bot games go by too quickly: since most players want to farm IP, which is totally cool, I have nothing against that. But then tend to come into my lane and get the last hit on a kill I've been working on. It would be really nice to just re-learn the game with New or Returning Players that also just want to re-learn Champs, skills, etc
