Getting Broked at the BORK.

Maybe I am not a great player, maybe I am missing some key that everyone else seems to know... but this item, this , what drug induced coma did this item come out of .. Age of Bend your tank over?

I mean , wow.. 8% "current" hp, + Atk Damage + Atk speed + life steal , + activate ability with slow, lift steal and damage..

Where is my tank item with +8% hp, Armor, Magic resist and active ability to make you immune to life steal for X seconds? oh and a speed boost. no? why not, cuz that would be rather over powered .. wouldn't it ...

Now i am not saying that this item didnt fix a few champs that were lagging behind, (I.e ) however, it has made some champions neigh unstoppable. (i.e ) I have seen Jinx rip open and just simple gut people like fish..

So, barring that I am missing this key item that stops bork in its tracks, or something else , someone wanna give t the noob a hand?
