Leaver Buster

I'm just curious. Why would I get ounished with an lpq for leaving 1 game, when it wasnt even my fault? The firewall bug is a pain as most of you guys all now, so I had that in the middle of a game, and long behold, it causrd my ranked team the game, AND i got an lpq, with it beoing the firsdt game I had to leave in a LONG TIME, Why Rito?
