Anyone having weird ping issues?

So typically my ping is like stable 28, but for the last week or so it's been constantly fluctuating between 20-100 but is mostly hovering around 50-65, but not a regular 65 ping, it's like oddly laggy? I played on 70 before the update so I know what 70 should feel like. My ping on EUW is 110 but feels like 25? I really don't understand whats going on lol
