Leavers and bans

I was demoted for having two leavers in the games where I was at zero. I want to know at the end of the season how many people were punished as a result of my reports. I also think that you should be demoted for having an afk on you team. The same logic could be applied for promos, if the other team has an afk it doesn't count, I would accept that as fair.
