On what side of the "mod line" is the Autohotkey program for League?

Riot's said that some mods or programs can be classified as "cheating" if used with League, but I am looking at using Autohotkey to reprogram my "Chat" button so it isn't "Enter".

Is Autohotkey okay, or is it a gray area?
