How does stacking have anything to do with "Courage"?

Please rename it, it simply hurts me that stacking is considered courageous...

On another note as a Garen main am I the only one that realizes that Garen had no reason to have his Q's movement speed nerfed along with his silence? I don't know why Riot likes double nerfing champion abilities.
