Things that are long over due.

Being able to safely leave if someone never connects. I played a ge just the other day when our mid never connected which meant we had to sit there for 20 minutes and wait to surrender so we could move on. I know you can open mid but there are people who won't push mid to end just cause they have no reason to do it.

Knowing if we crashed in te loading screen. You never know if it is just taking 4 minutes to load, which sometimes it does, or if you crashed. This could also cause a 4v5 which the rest of your team mates are stuck in for 20 minutes.

Being able to make rune pages in champ select. Not everyone has 20 rune pages. Sometimes you have the runes you need for a match up but don't have them on a page at that time. We can make mastery pages and everyone has 20 of those. So why can't we do rune pages?

Replay system. I wasn't going to put this on here but it really would be such a good feature for everyone. If someone is trollin with their actions instead of words then there is no proof unless you record it yourself. This would mean that everyone in the game has proof of the person trolling so it's impossible to deny.
