QUINN and VALOR Problems that needs fixing

Hello I just want to bring your attention to a champion that was forgotten by most people, Quinn...and valor.

I have a a couple things that i have problems with Quinn and most of them are because of her passive.

First problem is that when the mark is put on a target while your auto attack is mid air the auto attack does not proc. This is only noticeable during early game but is really annoying

Second Problem is the targeting system, the only way you can make sure that your passive is on is to cast E on a Enemy,this is a problem when switching from killing minions to attacking the enemy and chasing people, for example when you need the passive on the 250 health Jinx It goes on the 3000 health support.

Third problem is the lack of use during tag team. When as Valor the passive does nothing. Compared to Shyvana "Shyvana gains bonus Armor and Magic Resistance. These bonuses are doubled while Shyvana is in Dragon Form." while Quinn's passive is disable during her ult.

Forth her E , the main problem with her E is that she is targetable during it. While it works as both a gap closer and a escape if they have a stun like morgana and lux you can get put down mid air.

Other wise Quinn just needs some clean up, so she feels like a champion that was recently released not some forgotten dust covered machine pulled out from the basement
