Any Idea when Ranked Team Que will be back up?

Hi, I know there's prob no information, but I was wondering if anyone had any idea if Ranked Draft will be fixed soon? My friends and i finally got together for thanksgiving break, and wanted to play some team games, but we've been waiting since yesterday, and no signs of fixing, or even an update :( so just wondering if anyone could give a headsup of whats going on, thanks!
