Updating the initial downloaded installation/client?

Is there a better place to put this?

I just wanna suggest they update the downloaded client up after the next patch hits (assuming the new client hits with it).

Right now if the name for the installation file is correct, it's set way back in September 2014...We're 1/4 into 2016 with a potential new client soon. Riot?

Or is Riot gonna keep it until this game potentially dies this season from constant balance issues? They are trying to rectify the balance in a way but...Anywho.
