When will Bard be released?
Just curious if anyone knows? I know he's on the PBE right now. Will it be sometime this patch, or will i have to wait until the next patch?

He won't be released in Patch 5.4.
Should be next patch, later in it. From what i've heard he's one of the few champs Riot has made that is actually balanced. PBE testers are just making sure there are no bugs and that his numbers aren't over/under bearing. It usually takes a patch or two after their reveal for a champ to come out.
Though the way Kalista/Gnar/Rek'sai/Azir have all been randomly pushed out I could be wrong on this, but im almost certain it'll be 5.5
more then likely during 5.5
Most likely in the next patch, unless there are massive bugs in which case he'll be pushed back an additional patch.
However, that's pretty rare, I'd put my bets on 5.5.
