Lets start handin out chat restrictions

in bronze annd silver like allot of them i know we can just mute people in game for there bad behavior but really that dosent stop them from going into other games and ruinin them with there bad attitude

example: bot wanted to invade red i didnt want to know rengar and half his team was going to be there i wouldnt have won and we didnt so the whole game bot is bashing on me callingg me pethetic etc etc just for that seriously i say we need chat restrictions in lower elo's
