@Riot, do something about this

Last game of my series. First one was a win. 2nd was a 4v5 lose and now this...If I dodge I lose my series if I stay I lose. Wtf? Ive been in this same series 4 times now. Everytime I've lost it my next game would have the most polite/cooperating and friendly players on both teams. When I get into series this bs happens.

There's something fishy going on here
