Why does not everyone have the solo or dynamic emblems?
Just thought it was weird, would be good to see if there solo or dynamic boosters xD jk?

Because people have lives outside League of Legends. At the current rate I'm going, I probably won't have an emblem for 2 months...
You have to understand how much rank absolutely sucks for some people right now. I was incredibly addicted to raked for the previous 3 seasons. Now, I think I've played like 3 ranked games in the last week. Getting to 25 games is an utter chore for people like me who are just constantly reminded of how much ranked as been ruined every time I play a game and end up watching premades decide the fate of the match while my contribution becomes meaningless.
