Sell Tier Two and Lower Runes?

I think many people will agree that tier 1 and 2 runes are just annoying. They can't and won't help you in game after you enter ranked and they just take up space. I propose, as I'm sure many others have but I just can't find a post about it, that you let us sell our tier 1 and tier 2 runes.

I know this is kind of petty as tier 1 runes are a measly 5/15 RP, but, you could have us sell them for 60% or 80% of their original price. These numbers work well because all rune prices are divisible by 5. This sell tab could be added in the runes tab in the drop down window where it could say tier 1 >> tier 2 >> tier 3 >> sell. I have coded a little bit in JAVA and C++ and don't see this being too hard of a task as you already have the layout and you would just have to upload the user's runes that are tier 2 and lower. If you don't want to check the user's runes you could just have all the runes displayed and check to see if the user even has the rune before he/she sells it. The first option would be more user friendly but the second would be easier to code.
