What is this new ranked that I have to play placements for?
What is the i think it's called flex ranked?

Flex rank is your basic Team or Friends Que for ranked. Instead of solo,/duo que which limits to 2 people playing ranked Flex allows everyone in your squad to play! Same placements need to be held so that they can determine your rank! Although you shouldn't worry to much on what you achieve in Flex during pre-season. Doing well in bot Solo/Duo AND Flex Ranked will get you more rewards at end of season, however i think it only applies to GOLD and up in BOTH que's!
