Skin Bug....?

Alright so I'm wondering if this has happened to anybody else in previous patches or is it just 4.21? I was recently gifted a skin, but my Client screen just goes Gray as if preparing to give me the chest with the skin, but it just sits there...I can't click my friends list, go to the shop, or click to my profile pages. I just see the LoL Home Page with news and updates like when you start the game, but that's about it. Any suggestions?
