the freaking prices

ok riot first off i love the game and everything but ima have to question you RUNES pricing system, granted yes you have about the hardcore LOL players who can afford it no problem but the people who are rarely on what about them seriously its so hard to get enough IP for a RUNE but with all the new rune updates and them being stronger than the old i have to literally replace ALL of my runes just to keep up with it so i dont look like a idiot with them. :/ i just want a "black friday sale" regularely or something like that so i have a chance to spend my IP wisely instead of grinding it
