Giving away your champs

Hey Riot,

Over my time I've spent playing this fantastic game, I've gotten a lot of champs that, frankly, I never use. I've got a younger brother who just started playing a few weeks ago and I know that he could have tons of fun with some of my old favorites. Could there be a way for me to transfer some champs from my account to his?
