Don't be surprised or angry at them when you lose because you put them in support or jungle. It's your fault. They informed you of their weaknesses. If you wanted a skilled support or jungle, you should have gone support or jungle.
Or they could learn to fill like normal people. I report anyone who says they can't support, no matter where they end up going or how they end up doing.
There's no excuse for not being able to support. If you can play adc, then you should know how to support by proxy. And considering in draft pick, last pick is generally more likely to go support (seems like people like supporting more nowadays, tho) it's wise to at least know the role. There's a difference between not being good and just never practicing it at all, so you should at least be the first so you're not dead weight for your team. Supports are important for the team (there is a reason it's in the meta) and we need to remove the mentality that they aren't and can't affect the game meaningfully.
As for jungling, I will admit it's a more difficult role to pick up (supporting takes awhile to master, not to diss them) than the rest. There's more to it than ganking lanes, farming, and warding stuff. Different champions jungle different, and there's more objectives than just kills to be done. So I'll give you that. Giving someone the role who has no idea what they're doing removes all pressure from the map, and will heavily increase the enemy's chance of winning. So I'll give you that.
Anyone that can't either support or jungle is bad anyways. No one should go into ranked without knowing one of the two least popular roles, period. I'm not saying you have to learn every role, but if one of the two least popular ones isn't in your bag you're asking for it.
Its not a excuse to say that you are not good at a lane. You should understand how to play safe and surive when in your non perfered role. Being bad is an excuse to do stupid shit and does not fly.
When you say that you are not a good support/jungle, i do not expect play making abilities. But i expect you to ward and put your best effort in. I cant tell you how many junglers i have seen as not mains refuse to go to dragon when someone calls it 30 sec ahead. When you do not know the role you should shut up and follow other peoples leads.

Well I feel the same way kinda. But about top and jungle. I know I cant play those two roles well, so in the beginning of almost ALL of my ranked games i make sure to let people know that im just out right bad at them and putting me there would significantly lower our teams chances of winning. Its not that i can't play those roles its just that im carboard5 at those roles. I went from b5-g3 last season by just playing the roles im good at and dodging any games i got stuck with jungle or top.
At least Im not being an asshole and ending the game 0-15-2 because I didn't get the role I'm good at. To me, as long as your actually trying and don't feed (no, leaving your lane 0-4 isn't OK you can try harder) then win or loss your fine in my book.
