Highlighting abilities in the Character Pages

I know that this isn't a big deal at all (really it's not) but something I noticed with the last patch was when you went into a characters page you still see the splash art, his stats, his skins, and his abilities. But there was something different when you put your mouse over the abilities icon above his stats there is no longer a pop up giving you a complete explanation of the ability. You know name, stats, and just all around telling you what the ability does. I know there's the ability tab one click away that shows you all the abilities in motion and all. Its just I found it rather handy to go to the champion ex:Corki, scroll my mouse over his abilities, read through Gatling Gun or Phosphorus Bomb, and if one interested me I would go to the ability tab to learn more about it like how the skill shot works and such. I just would like to see that come back. I know, not a big deal just one of those things i never appreciated till it was gone.
