Title Screen

This is just a concept, but is it to wild to ask for a cached login screens? For example one of my favorite loading screens was the Lucian introduction and instead of seeing Teemo over and over or Bard would we be able to have access the loading screens and put up our favorite one. Possibly have a notification on the login in screen whenever a new one pops up.
