Gradual Roll Out of HUD

I think that Riot should have done a gradual roll out of the new HUD like they did with the new SR. With a gradual roll out, they could have iterated and refined their design after a larger population gave their opinions on it. I enjoy the clean look of it. But when it comes to getting the information that I need at a glance, it does a poor job at the moment.

Just my two cents: Have scaling for individual parts of the HUD. At the moment, the Ally info is too small and when I increase the HUD size to get it to where I am comfortable, my champion info on the bottom of the screen is too large.

P.S. I will miss the SR and HA themed HUDs when playing on those maps.
