Omen the Demon (Canceled Champion)

Now I will guess many haven't heard of this champion, Omen, and that's because he was cancelled and replaced with riven Riven when they started to encounter to many problems. But looking at the past model and thinking about it, this champion would be a very interesting step for Riot if they decided to finish it and release this long forgotten champion. He does look somewhat related to Kha'Zix Khazix but it's been stated that he has no connection. They could change that very quickly and get Omen involved in his lore with Rengar Rengar. Maybe Omen could even be the ultimate hunter for them. I just feel as if this champion should at least not go unnoticed by all of the public. If Riot could bring him back, make the changes needed, then I would be glad to pay for this champion. This would be an interesting Champion to see in game. Depending on exact powers/role, I would be interested in playing him too.

He was an inadequate champion design, if they went in that direction again, cool, but trying to bring back a weak project is not, he was abandon for identity weaknesses and his kit was given to another champion, there's really nothing left of the original idea to salvage. Kah Zix is a good void champ, Omen was not.

Looks interesting... It kinda sucks that they didn't release him. I wonder what abilities he would have had. The spikes on his back do look like Kha'Zix's W.

I think Omen is a cool idea, and still could and should be released. I have a few ideas for him here.

   His Q should be three short consecutive skill shots, and if he hits all three, the target of the last one takes extra damage and is slowed. 

    His W should be a burst of spikes around him, dealing damage to all enemies in the burst.

    His E should be a targeted dash that gives the enemy a pod. After 3 seconds the pod bursts dealing damage and spawning a lesser demon, which attacks nearby enemies.

    Finally, his ultimate ability should be him blinking in and out of inadvisability randomly, and every time he comes out, he deals AOE damage, and getting empowered basic attacks.

I thought the design was great, riot was looking in the wrong direction. Instead of him being just a regular hunter like Rengar Rengar or Kha'Zix Khazix make him more of a spirit hunter like Ahri Ahri . Maybe make him based off the literal definition of an omen (something seen as a sign of a good or bad event. In the case for Omen, a bad event). With this in mind he could easily be designed around the idea of causing ill fortune for the enemy team with abilities meant to harm or badly effect them. I know that this is a late posting, but I wish Omen had a second chance or a second look from another perspective. His appearance would be perfect in the next few months as Ao Shin became Aurelion Sol AurelionSol a couple months ago and it seems Riot is trying to look back and pull champions from the past into the present (Taliyah Taliyah and Jhin Jhin are exceptions though). Who knows, maybe Riot is still working on a "Omen" champion and haven't spoken up about it yet.

Looks like Cho'Gath idk what you're talking about. Got spikes and all the arms wth he is literally exactly the same as Cho'gath maybe that's why he was cancelled.

Omen is officially dead though. He was in a coffin years and years ago in the Halloween Summoner'a Rift.
