Hextech Skin Trade

I was wondering if anyone else in the community wanted to be able to trade skin shards with their friends? I got a 10 pack of boxes/keys and managed to pull a skin my friend has wanted since he started playing the game 2 seasons ago. I feel really bad that I cant trade it to him so that he can have the one skin he has always wanted. Anyone else feel this way?
