ekko E needs travel time. Remove instant flash to enemy ty.

Sick of having ekko press E and then follow you through flash mid E animation (its like a .25 second animation from him teleporting after dashing to being in your face autoing you.. its like the whole twisted fate bullshit where his auto comes out before he even reappears except broken as shit)

Please fix this mechanic. I've been chased through my entire flash distance by his E. through peel everything. The guy doesn't need an invul timer twice kthx.
