Banned for getting told to "get cancer"...?
I was playing a game 2 weeks ago when I was told to get cancer because I died to a gank. I continued to recieve abuse from this summoner throughout the game and eventually I said "wtf is wrong with you?".I then received a 2 week ban. Despite sending multiple tickets to Riot Games it would appear that they copy and paste the chat logs, say that they are transferring my ticket and then not reply. After the 2 week ban I was happy to see that I am now chat restricted for 75 games and banned for 35 draft wins (similar to a 2 week ranked ban). I am very unhappy with this and feel as though these restrictions need to be lifted. Aside from what I already said I didn't say anything worthy of getting a ban. Also, the summoner that told me to get cancer received no punishment.

As a new initiative to reduce the amount of toxicity within League of Legends, we’ve recently begun to audit players’ accounts for extreme cases of toxic behavior. Every account punished by this system was personally reviewed by someone at Riot to ensure accuracy.
After having reviewed your account, the decision to issue a 2-week suspension was made due to the extreme cases of toxicity we found. This type of toxic behavior has no place in League of Legends, and we will continue to punish players who exhibit this behavior.

This type of behavior is not acceptable and is why the suspension was placed. When there is nothing good to say, don't say anything at all. If you do not show any tendency toward improving your behavior, you may see harsher punishments.
