Game Improvements

Riot - Let me preface this by saying that I realize that we are all tired of reading solo que rants, however, of late I feel that this is an issue which needs addressed.

While I am in agreement with the leaverbuster improvements (despite riots ability to create patches which don't cause packet drop), there is an issue with the community which needs addressed. It would seem that there is no way to compensate for players who refuse to play the game appropriately, or a way to report them prematch. I am not discussing playing x champ "in the wrong lane", but more and more games, especially in ranked play, which pick a lane that is already taken during the course of the champ select phase, thus throwing the game for everyone else. When this happens, the player that dodges is penalized for the stupidity of the idiot that can't/won't read the chat or is unwilling to pick a role that is available. (Insert the line about the game being flexible and not having defined roles etc etc). Yada yada. We all know that during the course of champ select in solo que there is that one guy which says "i'm going mid anyway" even after other roles have been picked which contradict such a strategy. It is my personal opinion that the level of understanding of the game is not sufficient at for new lvl 30 players to enter ranked play, and therefore the community as a whole has experience degradation.
I am all for playing Urgot jungle if one can do it, and bucking the meta if the team agrees. What is severely lacking is a way to remand players for throwing an entire game by selecting a lane which is already taken and other nonsensical actions even before the match begins. In my opinion, if this can be addressed, the need to carry four players in order to win a match will be severely lessened, thus improving match quality overall. Perhaps moving to a teambuilder for solo que or something similar. I have opened this threat to continue the age old debate on what to do with "trolls" and the like since the current reporting system seems to fail when it comes to these kinds of prematch issues.
